Your details, handled properly.

This policy explains how Noorish ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit noorish.ae or contact us through it. We aim to collect as little as we need, use it only for the reason you gave it to us, and keep it safe, in line with UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

• Business enquiries: your name, company, location type, location and email or phone number.
• Building nominations: your name, the building or venue, its area, where it is relative to you, any products you suggest and, if you choose to give it, your email.
• Brand and distributor enquiries: your name, brand, website or Instagram, email, product categories and any message you add.
• Snack Lab votes: which product you voted on and whether you voted in or out. Votes are not linked to your name.
• Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to run the site securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your Snack Lab votes locally so the page remembers them, and you can clear this at any time.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, nomination or product submission, and to follow up on it.
• To decide where Noorish machines should go and what goes inside them.
• To let you know when Noorish arrives at a building you nominated, if you gave us your email.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking first.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site, such as our website and form host (Netlify) and our email provider, and only so they can provide that service. Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE; where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and nomination details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any ongoing relationship, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent to us using it. To do any of these, contact us through any form on this site or message us on Instagram at @noorish.me, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
